Professor He Haixiang is the Dean of the School of Network Communication at Zhejiang Yuexiu University . He holds a Doctor's degree in Organizational Development from Assumption University of Thailand (graduated December 2021) . Professor He has been recognized as a Leading Talent at the High Level of Zhejiang Provincial University Talents Program, a Zhejiang Provincial University Teaching Excellence Award recipient, and a "Qishan Scholar" at Zhejiang Yuexiu University . His major academic affiliations include: Executive Vice President of the Audiovisual Communication Society under the Global Rhetoric Society; Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Overseas Online Cultural Communication Research Base; Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Online Cultural Communication Training Base; Legal Representative and Secretary-General of the Shaoxing Internet Culture Association; Vice President of the Shaoxing Industrial Design Association; Executive Director of the Editing and Publishing History Committee of the Chinese Association for History of Journalism and Mass Communication (CAHJC); and Director of both the Applied Journalism and Communication Committee and the Media Culture Professional Committee of the Chinese Collegial Association for Visual Art .
