PhD in Economics, Professor and Master's Supervisor of Beijing Union University. He currently serves as Assistant to the Director of the Science and Technology Affairs Office, and Director of the Research Center for Cultural and Tourism Integrated Development, Beijing Union University. He is also a Distinguished Research Fellow at the Tourism Research Center, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He obtained his Doctorate in Economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2015. In 2016, he took a temporary post at the former National Tourism Administration of the People's Republic of China. He has presided over 7 provincial and ministerial-level research projects sponsored by the Research Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. He has published 12 papers in core academic journals and 5 monographs. He has participated in the formulation of tourism industry standards such as Service Specifications for Mainland Study Tour Reception for Hong Kong and Macao Youngsters, Basic Requirements for Renowned Tourism Counties, and Specifications for Urban Tourism Service Centers. Additionally, he works as a peer reviewer for academic journals including Tourism and Hospitality Prospects, China Population, Resources and Environment, and China Tourism Review.
