Ms. Liu Shuzhen is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the School of Management, Beijing Union University. She joined the university as a faculty member in July 2021 . Ms. Liu received her Ph.D. in Management from the School of Economics and Management at Beijing Jiaotong University (2021) and her Bachelor's degree in Management from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (2015) . Her research focuses on organizational theory and human resource management, as well as organizational behavior. She has led and participated in numerous national and provincial-level research projects, corporate training programs, and has published over 20 academic papers . Ms. Liu has received multiple academic awards, including the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award in Vocational Education, the First Prize of the Scientific and Technological Achievement Award of the China Railway Society, and the First Prize of the Scientific and Technological Achievement Award of the China Occupational Safety and Health Association . She has also served as a faculty advisor for the National University Collective Bargaining (Negotiation) Competition, where she has received the "Excellent指导教师 Award" (First Prize) for her guidance of student teams .
