Authors may use AI tools for language polishing and format adjustment, but must explicitly disclose the AI tool name and its usage in the "Acknowledgments" or "Methods" section. AI cannot be listed as a co-author. For substantively AI-generated research data or conclusions, human verification is required.

Reviewers must not upload unpublished manuscripts to unauthorized AI models. We provide an internal protected AI assistance system to help reviewers with plagiarism detection and academic misconduct checks, but the final evaluation must be made by experts personally.

StarNexus Press adopts a "rapid initial review" mode. In 2026, the average initial review feedback time is 7-10 business days, and complete peer review is typically finished within 4-6 weeks.

Yes, all our academic content is published under the CC BY 4.0 license, ensuring global research communities can freely access, download, and disseminate.

All data (including submission records, review reports, published articles, author information, etc.) is entirely owned by the journal. Our data ownership agreement explicitly states that StarNexus acts solely as a technology provider and has no right to use, transfer, or sell any journal data. You can export all your data at any time with no lock-in.

We accept bank transfers (corporate accounts), international wire transfers, PayPal, and WeChat/Alipay (for mainland China customers). All payments come with official invoices (Mainland China or Hong Kong). Annual, quarterly, or project-based installment plans are available. Long-term partners may negotiate flexible payment cycles.

A typical migration takes 7-15 business days, depending on data volume and customisation. The process includes: environment setup (2 days) → data migration & validation (3-7 days) → domain configuration & theme adaptation (2 days) → internal testing & launch (1-2 days).
